Account and data deletion

Delete your Bekçi account and all data in the game or by e-mail.

In the game: Settings → Delete my account and data → tap again to confirm. Your server profile, cloud save, ranking records, friendships, Nazar balance and analytics events are deleted immediately; progress on the device is reset too.

If you cannot open the game: e-mail [email protected] with your Settings → Player ID (or Game Center name) and "Please delete my account". It is deleted within 30 days and we confirm by e-mail.

What is deleted: Your profile, cloud save, username, ranking and friendship records, purchase records, Nazar balance, analytics events, and your feedback and screenshots. Apple or Google keep their own record of the sale separately.

Deleting the app does not delete your account; use one of the steps above.
