Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Bekçi mobile game ("Game") and the bekcigame.com website process, why, where and for how long, and your rights. It is prepared under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The Turkish version is the original; in case of conflict it prevails.

2. No account needed

You can play without an account; your progress stays on your device and no personal data is sent to our server. Online features (cloud save, rankings, friends, village visits) work only if you sign in with Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android), or optionally use Sign in with Apple / Google.

The Game shows no ads, collects no advertising ID (IDFA/AAID), does not track you across apps or websites, does not use your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and does not sell your data. There is no Firebase, Google Analytics, ad network or third-party crash reporting in the Game; analytics events go only to our own server. Notifications are scheduled locally on your device; no push token is collected.

4. Who processes the data

Supabase Inc. (hosting; processor): the database and server functions run in the Stockholm (Sweden, EU) data centre. This is a cross-border transfer relying on KVKK art. 9 and GDPR safeguards (standard contractual clauses).
Apple (Game Center, Sign in with Apple, App Store) and Google (Play Games, Sign in with Google, Google Play), under their own terms. Payment details (cards etc.) are processed only by Apple / Google; we never see them.
Your data is not shared with any other third party.

5. Deleting your account and data

In the game (fastest):

Open the game and tap Settings at the bottom left of the map.
In the right column tap "Delete my account and data".
Read the warning and tap the button once more to confirm.
Your server profile, cloud save, username, ranking and social records, purchase records, Nazar balance, analytics events and feedback (including screenshots) are deleted immediately; progress on the device is reset.

If you cannot open the game: e-mail [email protected] with the player ID shown in Settings (or your Game Center name) and ask us to delete your account; it is deleted within 30 days and we confirm by e-mail. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK art. 11 and the GDPR you may access, rectify, erase, object to processing and port your data. Write to [email protected]; we answer within 30 days. You may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local EU supervisory authority.

7. Children

The Game is rated 9+ and does not knowingly collect personal data from children. Usernames of child accounts are not shown in rankings. Users under 18 must obtain parental permission before purchasing.

8. The bekcigame.com website

The site uses no cookies, contains no analytics or tracking code and collects no data through forms. The hosting provider may keep technical access logs (IP address, time) briefly for security.

9. Artificial intelligence

The Game does not send your data to any AI service.

10. Changes

If this policy changes, the new date is published on this page; important changes are announced in the Game.
