Game and licence. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to play Bekçi for personal, non-commercial use.
Virtual currency. Gold and Nazar are virtual in-game items with no real-money value; they cannot be cashed out or transferred. Nazar only shortens waiting times and pays for the Steward (Kahya) service; power that decides battles cannot be bought.
Purchases. Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their refund policies. Consumed virtual items are not refunded in the Game. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Steward pass. The Steward (Kahya) is a one-time 7- or 30-day service; it is not a subscription and does not renew.
Fair play. Modifying the Game, using cheats or abusing the purchase system is forbidden; in that case the account may be reset.
Account deletion. You can delete your account at any time via Settings → "Delete my account and data" (steps in the privacy policy). Deleted progress and virtual items cannot be restored.
Liability. The Game is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages arising from service interruptions.
Governing law. The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply. Consumers may apply to the consumer arbitration committees and courts of their place of residence.
